US Customers — Order Delays (Sept–Dec 2025)

If you are a US customer who placed an order between September and December 2025, delivery may be delayed due to a new tariff system, a three-month suspension of shipments from Belgium to the US (resumed mid-December), and the holiday period. As a result, delivery may take longer than the usual 14 days. You may contact us if needed, but we kindly ask for your patience. Please avoid unnecessary concern and ensure your shipping address is correct; at this stage, the order is in transit or at the customs and awaiting delivery.
